Our SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contract vehicle allows for electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services. Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) can contract for support services.

Quality Assurance
Pathfinder Systems relies on an ISO 9001:2000-certified quality assurance program to provide the highest quality services and products possible. Pathfinder Systems requires that all contracts be supported by a comprehensive, formal, and fully documented Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Quality assurance activities are an integral part of all Pathfinder services. All Pathfinder employees and team members are responsible for performing ongoing quality assurance activities consistent with established quality assurance plans. Since Seaport Task Order (TO) deliverables (e.g., weapons, electronics, software, etc) can vary significantly, many types of QA standards will be required. Pathfinder will review each TO for its QA plans to insure consistent activities and quality performance. Pathfinder will review all TOs for QA provisions and provide tailored QA approaches consistent with the QA approaches of the contracting agency and the needs of the task and deliverables. Our QA office will be an independent element reporting to the Program Manager. Reviews and audits will be performed to insure that quality standards are being met on each TO. Problem reporting and corrective actions will be performed to insure early identification and correction of defects. Pathfinders’ team has an exceptional QA record; one of our team members, Celestica, offers "six sigma" quality in its development and manufacturing.
